Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, You'll be required to send the item back to us at your own cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the Product meets our Faulty Product or Warranty Policy, we will send the repaired item, replacement or exchange, free of charge back to you.  

If the product is in good working condition and Schild finds that there are no issues that require a repair, replacement or refund. The customer is required to pay return postage fees.
 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please include in the parcel: Item(s) you wish to return, proof of purchase and Information regarding the problem with the product, your first and last name and telephone number.
-    Keep your proof of postage receipt

Change of Mind Returns.

Purchases that have been made in error for example, if you have ordered/purchased the incorrect colour, size or unwanted gifts. 

Schild will accept a Change of Mind return as long as they meet the following guidelines:

-    Returned within 30 days from purchase
-    With proof of purchase e.g. receipt
-    Item must be unused and in the original packaging (e.g. Shrink Wrap)

A refund or credit will be given on the product/item only. Item to be returned at customers' expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The warranty period begins when the customer has received the product.


 Warranty does not cover:

-    Deliberate or Accidental Abuse or Misuse Damage
-    General Wear and Tear
-    Unauthorised Repairs
-    Excessive force or improper use
-    Water, Liquid damage
-    Cosmetic Damage (e.g. scratches, dents)
-    Third Party Programs or Accessories/Unsupported Chargers

Your original warranty period is not renewed or extended as a result of a warranty repair or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
