AUSTRALIA POST INFORMATION
We use Australia Post eParcel.
We use the safe drop service option for delivery, where Australia Post will notify you during the delivery process to see if you would like your parcel left in a safe place. This is why we require your phone number and email address. If you wish for Australia Post not to contact you for delivery purposes, please leave a message in the note section on the checkout page or contact us at hello[at]schildemfprotect.com.au with your order number and message once you have completed the checkout process.
All deliveries require a signature on delivery unless you have selected safe drop. If you are not available to pick up your package, Australia Post will leave a card at your residence with instructions to pick up your order from an Australia Postal Office. If you have a MyPost account with Australia Post, you may be contacted by Australia Post prior to delivery offering their Safe Drop service, where you waive the requirement for a signature. *If you use this service, you have agreed with Australia Post, and Schild will take no responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items if you choose to use this service.
SHIPPING COST
Standard shipping rate is $10 to any location in Australia, and exceptions apply to heavy goods and multiple items. For items over 3kg and under 10kg, a heavy item shipping charge of $20 will be added to the order. For items over 10kg in weight a $30 shipping charge will be allocated to the order.
Products are shipped from our Sydney CBD, Taren Point, Canberra, or Victoria warehouse. We use Australia Post eParcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is offered to New Zealand. If you would like to purchase from any other country, please contact hello[at[schildemfprotect.com.au for a shipping quote. NZ Shipping price is $25 AUD for items 3kg and under. For items over 3kg, a shipping charge of $80 will be allocated to the order. If your order is over 4kg, a custom shipping charge will be quoted for you.
International shipping times are estimated to be 6-27 business days.

Delivery time is based on Australia post
Visit their website for an estimate on delivery time. Enter 2000 Sydney NSW in the "from" option.
Once shipped typical delivery time is as follows:
NSW, QLD, VIC Up to 7 Days
SA, TAS Up To 9 Days
WA, NT Up To 12 Days
**Pelican Cases** 5 -10 Days. We will contact you if we need any longer.
**Customised / Large Orders** For customized and large orders, a team member will contact you within 24 hours with details of your delivery schedule.
PICK UP
We offer FREE in-store pick-up. In-store pick-up is only available at our Caringbah warehouse. Unit 24 65-75 Captain Cook Drive Caringbah NSW 2229
Please contact hello[at]schildemfprotect.com.au to confirm your Item is available from our Sydney location prior to picking up and for opening hours.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment must be sent before any orders can be processed. With the exception of official government purchase orders.
- Orders received on Weekends and NSW Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is received & confirmed, you will be sent an email with your receipt, tax invoice, and tracking number.
- Orders from international countries, excluding NZ, require payment to be made via bank deposit.

Delivery dates and times are quoted in good faith but are not guaranteed. The Seller cannot assume any risk or liability for delay or non-fulfilment of shipments due to acts of war, strikes, breakdowns, fires, pandemics, or other causes beyond the Seller's control. It is up to the buyer to ensure the delivery address given is accurate and to allow sufficient time for any delays in deliveries. Freight charges (if any) are non-refundable.
LOST, DAMAGED, or STOLEN PACKAGES
Schild is not responsible for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages. If your Item happens to get lost, damaged, or stolen, we will do our best to assist you by providing you with the tracking number and shipment details. It is the customer's responsibility to solve the issue with the Postal Office. Please understand that lost, damaged, or stolen packages are out of our control.

Orders received after closing hours, on Weekends and NSW Public Holidays, will be processed the next business day.
